1. Peel and quarter the bananas.
2. Place butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and arrange banana quarters flat side down around the sugar.
3. Place on high heat and immediately pour in banana liqueur.
4. When a syrup has formed gently roll the bananas and continue heating until the sauce begins to bubble on itself.
5. Take the pan off the heat. Pour the bourbon in the pan and light it. Swirl ingredients until flames die.
6. Place pan back on high heat until a syrup has formed again.
