- Prepare 250 g of minced meat.
- You need 2 of large onions.
- Prepare 1 of green capsicum (hoho).
- Prepare 1 bunch of dhania.
- It's 2 cups of flour.
- You need of Oil to fry.

Beef samsas step by step
- For the dough.
- In a bowl add water a pinch of salt and the flour then mix properly.
- Knead the flour well then add a little oil.when ready cover in cloth n set aside.
- The fillings:.
- Cook the meat until tender.
- Then add in some oil, your chopped onions, capsicum and cook for a minute. Do not overcook the onions and hoho.
- Give a last stir then add you dhania n set aside.
- Divide your dough in 4 equal parts.
- Roll each part to a thin one then in a panv heat the dough to translucent.
- Once done cut the translucent dough into 4 parts.
- Mix a tablespoon of flour and 2 of water to make a paste- glue.
- Make a cone shape n close with the glue.
- Do the filling.
- In a pan heat enough oil. Once hot deep fry.
