- It's 2 cup of moong dal with skin soaked.

- Wash the dal and clean the skin,blend the dal with ginger,garlic,make a smooth paste. add salt,red chilli,cumin powder,dry mango powder and astofida in dal puree mix it heat a non-stick pan cook it with string continuously. cool the mixture and add cornflour make a soft dough with the mixture, cool and make square and roll it on a plastic sheet..
