Ingredients of Cinnamon Rolls
- It's 1 cup of warm milk.
- You need 2 of eggs (room temperature).
- Prepare 1/3 cup of melted butter.
- Prepare 4 cups of bread flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of white sugar.
- Prepare 2 1/2 tsp of rapid rise yeast.
- You need 1 cup of brown sugar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of cinnamon powder.
- It's 1 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of heavy cream.
Cinnamon Rolls instructions
- Mix all wet ingredients (milk, eggs, and butter), then add the dry ingredients (sugar, yeast and salt) add the bread flour and mix until the dough forms. Let rise in a large bowl covered in plastic wrap or cloth for 30 minutes or until the size doubles..
- On a separate bowl mix the brown sugar and cinnamon powder until well combined..
- Roll the dough in a square like thin shape..
- Spread the sugar-cinnamon mixture on the dough leaving half to an inch space on the edges. Optionally, you may add small amounts of butter on the dough..
- Carefully roll the dough tightly..
- Portion to desired cut then bake in a 200°C oven, after 10 minutes pour the heavy cream on top of the rolls then cook for another 30 minutes..
